Assembly
We have to say that we were impressed with the short amount of time it took us to assemble a complete system inside the case - the whole process was simple and painless, and didn't require and fiddles or compromises to squeeze in the components we wanted. You can see here that we chose a Pentium 4 system with a massive 120mm CPU cooler - not an easy accommodation, but even with the rear 120mm fans there is plenty of room.
We attached the supplied drive rails to the hard drive and slotted it into the rack - albeit with a bit of a shove. The hard drive mounting mechanism isn't the most elegant, and we found ourselves with some problems trying to pull it back out again. On the right, you can see the screw guide that lets you know which backplate holes to populate with stand-offs for the different standard motherboard sizes you can mount.
Gigabyte clips its own cables for the front-mounted ports together, and also provides you with another stick-on clip to help you keep your own cables tidy. At the top of the case there is a bundle of room for sticking spare PSU cords.
